Turkey-Themed Races Galore
Between now and Thanksgiving morning there are many Thanksgiving-themed events around the state. With so many events to choose from, why stay home?
The Clark County Runners, Seaport Striders, Greater Bellingham Runners, Fort Steilacoom Runners and the U.S. Army (at Fort Lewis) all host Turkey Trots next weekend. On Thanksgiving Day itself, there are Turkey Trots in Tacoma, Longview, Gig Harbor, Kennewick, and Cheney.
For a slight variation, check out Auburn's Wobble to Gobble or Seattle's inaugural Green Lake Gobble.
And for the most carefree run, why not check out the Rubber Chicken Relay? If only ALL relays included rubber chickens!
